Delete Your Infuse Pro Account

Effective: May 25, 2026

Infuse Pro LLC provides patients and operators with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data. This page explains how to do so, what data is deleted, and what is retained.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

Open the Infuse Pro app and sign in.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to Account Settings.
Tap "Delete Account."
Confirm the action when prompted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@infusepro.app from the email address associated with your account. Include:

Your full name as registered on the account
The email address associated with the account
A statement that you are requesting account deletion under your right to do so

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and email confirmation when complete.

What is deleted

Your account profile (name, contact information, address)
Saved payment methods (your card data is held by Stripe and removed at the same time)
Marketing preferences and any saved family member profiles
Push notification tokens

What is retained

Certain information must be retained for legal, regulatory, and clinical-safety reasons:

Medical records and treatment history are held by the licensed mobile IV therapy provider(s) who treated you. These are protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA and are retained by the treating provider for the period required by federal and state health record-retention laws (generally a minimum of 6 years, longer in some states). To request access to or deletion of your medical records, contact the treating provider directly.
Booking history required for billing reconciliation, dispute resolution, and tax records is retained for 7 years.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely. This data cannot be linked back to you.
