What is Infuse Pro?
Infuse Pro is a HIPAA-compliant SaaS platform built specifically for mobile IV therapy companies. It provides real-time dispatch, encrypted charting, Good Faith Exam workflow, memberships, loyalty programs, and a patient mobile app for booking — all in one platform. Companies run their entire operation on Infuse Pro, and patients find verified providers in their area.
Do I need a medical director to use Infuse Pro?
Yes. Infuse Pro is built for serious operators who maintain proper medical oversight. Every company on the platform must have a medical director (MD or DO) and a current Certificate of Insurance on file. We verify these before activating your account. This is a feature, not a bug — it's what makes the Infuse Verified trust mark meaningful to patients.
What is a Good Faith Exam (GFE) and does Infuse Pro handle it?
A Good Faith Exam is a clinical evaluation required by most states before a patient receives IV therapy. It must be performed by a licensed practitioner (NP, PA, MD, or DO). Infuse Pro handles the entire GFE workflow: video consultation via Daily.co, chart review, electronic sign-off, and signed orders attached to the patient's record. GFE compliance is tracked automatically and factors into your Infuse Verified status.
Is Infuse Pro HIPAA compliant?
Yes. HIPAA compliance is the foundation of the platform, not an afterthought. All Protected Health Information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES). Every chart access, login, and clinical action is logged in an immutable audit trail with user, timestamp, and IP. Role-based access ensures techs only see their active calls, dispatchers only see their queue, and nothing more than needed. Apps auto-lock after inactivity. A Business Associate Agreement is signed with every company before platform access is granted.
How much does Infuse Pro cost?
Infuse Pro has five tiers. Free is $0 and gives you a map listing. Solo is $75/month for individual nurse practitioners. Starter is $125/month and includes 5 techs and 1 practitioner. Growth is $225/month and includes 15 techs, 1 practitioner, plus memberships, loyalty, and referrals. Scale is $375/month and includes 25 techs, 2 practitioners, the full GFE workflow, white-label branding, and multi-region support. Admin and dispatch users are unlimited and free on Starter and above. Overage seats are billed at $12/month per tech and $40/month per practitioner.
Can I switch tiers as my business grows?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time from the admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Overage seats are calculated automatically as you add staff and billed through Stripe alongside your subscription.
Does Infuse Pro work for solo nurse practitioners?
Yes. The Solo tier is purpose-built for individual NPs running their own mobile IV practice. It combines dispatch, charting, and admin functions into a single streamlined screen — no need to switch between roles. Solo includes 1 NP slot and 2 booking slots at a time. As you grow, you can switch to Starter or higher.
What's the difference between Listed, Verified, and Infuse Verified providers?
Listed means the company has signed up and is visible on the patient map. Verified means we have confirmed their medical director agreement and active Certificate of Insurance. Infuse Verified is the highest tier — it requires a GFE compliance rate of 95% or higher over a rolling 90-day window plus a current COI. Infuse Verified providers display a gold pin on the patient map and earn priority placement.
How do I become Infuse Verified?
Maintain a Good Faith Exam compliance rate of 95% or higher over a rolling 90-day window, and keep a current Certificate of Insurance on file. The system recalculates eligibility daily at 3 AM Phoenix time. You'll receive automatic email notifications when your COI is 30 days from expiration, 7 days from expiration, or expired.
How do I book mobile IV therapy as a patient?
Once the patient app is available in the App Store, you'll download Infuse Pro, browse verified providers on the map in your area, choose a service, fill out a one-time intake form, and book at your door. A licensed provider arrives at the scheduled time. You can track your appointment in real time and switch providers anytime — you're never locked into one company.
Are the IV therapy providers on Infuse Pro licensed?
Yes. Every company on Infuse Pro is required to have a medical director (MD or DO), licensed clinical staff, and an active Certificate of Insurance before they can accept patient bookings. We verify these credentials before activating any company on the platform. Individual practitioner licenses are captured at sign-on and snapshot onto each chart for legal traceability.
Can I switch to a different IV therapy company?
Yes, anytime. Infuse Pro lets you preference-link to a company for convenience, but it's never a lock. You can see every company on the map, book with anyone, and change your preferred provider whenever you want. Your medical records are held by the company that provided care (per HIPAA), but the choice of provider is always yours.
